Have a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN)
Not be a resident of a country subject to economic sanctions by the Nigerian government

Standard Bills is an online payment platform that allows you to make payments for various bills and services, including but not limited to electricity bills, education bills, airtime top-ups, cable TV subscriptions, data bundle subscriptions, internet bills, and other utility payments. 5. Use of Content

5.1. You acknowledge that the Service contains information, software, photographs, audio and video clips, graphics, links and other materials (hereinafter referred to as "Content") that are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of Standard Bills or third parties.
